Aquarius 2018 horoscope

Aquarius General horoscope Year 2018

Dear Aquarius, this is your general horoscope for 2018:

Be aware of changes, Aquarius! The eclipses are still in your sign in 2018 and barely does the year get into full swing when an important relationship - personal or professional - comes into the spotlight! Come July, more information is revealed and you could be very busy reorganising yourself around new and more workable principles. An unusual situation around your home and family, from May onward, could force you to be more inventive in establishing a base or making your home work for you. You might also decide to spend more time alone or develop a more spiritual approach to your daily routine. You’d be wise to do so. That will hardly make you a recluse (worry not) since your career looks positively stellar! Don’t be afraid to make your voice heard or even teach and mentor others.

What 2018 Yearly Horoscope brings to Aquarius

2018 seems to continue where 2017 left off dear Aquarius, according to your 2018 horoscope. Saturn joins Pluto in your 12th house at the end of 2017, bringing a sense of gravitas and some introversion to your otherwise easy going nature. It hasn’t been an easy couple of years for you, but the stars are preparing you for better days ahead. What those forces are trying to teach you is that you should make it a point to make yourself less available for everyone and avoid scattering your energies here and there. It is up to you what you do with those life lessons, but the themes will be recurring throughout 2018.

You ruling planet, Uranus, moves into Taurus in May, having spent several years in fiery Aries. The rate at which changes happen in your life will slow down, but that doesn’t mean things will settle for good. Career-wise you will have a chance to improve your status, but that will come with more responsibility. Make sure you don’t bite more than you can chew. Now is the time to use the opportunities around you to build something that will last, something to endure the test of time. Let’s face it, you rarely focus on the long run, but you can’t avoid planning long term now. A Lunar Eclipse in your sign at the end of July will make sure you don’t forget that this year.

Come autumn, your 2018 horoscope forecasts some downtime for you, a time when you will reflect on things that have happened and re-evaluate your recent decisions. This is a great time to focus on love and romance, as opportunities in that area won’t be as generous earlier in the year. By that time, if you have stayed true to yourself and listened carefully to your inner voice, you will have identified the patterns that no longer work and where you need to be headed come 2019.

2018 Love and Relationship Predictions for Aquarius

To a certain degree, 2018 is a continuation of 2017, especially on the relationship front. With the North Node in your relationship sector from the 10th May 2017 to the 7th November 2018, you’re not even halfway through this fateful relationship journey by the time you move into the New Year. That journey will continue, as will the support that your relationships gained from Ceres’ return last September. Ceres returns every three to four years and as the queen of nurturing, she works to ensure you’re getting what you need from your relationships. With the North Node bringing the element of fate into play, they will continue to work together until she eventually leaves on the 18th June.

Yet with Venus returning to your relationship sector on the 14th June and then the Sun and Mercury keeping things active through to the 6th September, support for the North Node and your relationships will extend well into the year. As the planet of communication Mercury’s time here is especially important and especially as this will not be the usual 15 day sprint. Mercury will instead return on the 29th June but won’t leave until September. This is all due to a retrograde phase from the 26th July to the 19th August. It is during that time that Mercury will hold the doors open to the past and second chances, especially when it comes to giving the past and unsaid words a voice. Yet it is during that time that a solar eclipse on the 11th August will also bring an opportunity for major new beginnings. Both the solar eclipse in August and a total lunar eclipse on the 1st February are a result of having the North Node here and are triggers for the element of fate.

While relationship matters will be active until the North Node leaves your relationship sector on the 7th November, most of the romantic activity can be found in the early part of the year. This begins with Venus, planet of love’s visit to Aquarius from the 18th January to the 11th February. This is when Venus will help you cement your romantic and relationship desires and expectations for the coming year. It is while Venus is here that a total lunar eclipse will fall in your relationship sector on the 1st February and as the planet of love and guardian of your relationships, she will help you to capitalise on this. The next romantic boost will come when Venus returns to your romantic sector on the 25th April, giving the planet of love a chance to focus more exclusively on matters of the heart and all things romantic. With no planetary activity here until Venus arrives, she gets to set the tone for the planets that will follow. What follows is a fairly short update, with Venus gone by the 20th May, the Sun moving through from the 21st May to the 21st June and Mercury from the 30th May to the 13th June. However, without Saturn in opposition there will be no obstacles, for the first time in four years and with Juno returning from the 30th September to the 24th October, there will be some bonus romantic surprises later in the year.

2018 Career Predictions for Aquarius

There is something special in the way that work and career forces are working together this year, together not only covering the whole year, but keeping things going well into 2020. There will be a handoff in the early days of November, when on the 7th November the North Node will return for an 18 month visit to your work sector, just two days before Jupiter wraps up his 13 month visit to your career sector on the 9th November. There is a whole lot of year to get to before then, but it puts a different context on what would otherwise be a short period of planetary activity on the job front midyear. Jupiter only returned to your career sector in October 2017 and with Mars here until the 29th January, the year starts when the initial push is still taking place. For Mars to spend the first four weeks of the year in your career sector is an advantage on its own.

As well as ensuring professional passions, a fighting and competitive spirit are fuelled from the get go, Mars is a planet that likes to get stuck in, make things happen and get things done. This is the perfect start off for Jupiter, who from the 29th January will take things from there. This is the point when it becomes more about the journey and apart from a Full Moon on the 30th April, Jupiter will be on his own until Venus returns on the 9th September. This is exactly two months before Jupiter is due to return on the 9th November, with support arriving to bring things home. With Mercury here from the 10th October to the 31st October and the Sun from the 24th October to the 22nd November, there will be more than enough support to bring things home. Yet in a twist of fate, both Mercury and Venus will return for a double dip visit. Mercury will return from the 2nd December to the 13th December and Venus from the 3rd December to the 8th January 2019. This is after Jupiter has moved on, so the focus will be on exploiting all the untapped potential and making sure no stone has been left unturned. By then there will be something special developing on the job front.

That something special is the North Node’s return to your work sector on the 7th November, just two days before Jupiter leaves your career sector on the 9th November. This is a handshake between the professional gods that will shift the balance of power from career and onto work matters. The North Node is the more auspicious force behind lucky Jupiter and here until May 2020, this creates the potential for a lot of auspicious and unexpected developments. This is centred around the eclipses this will create, with a taste of things to come with a solar eclipse on the work front on the 13th July. This is right in the heart of the only planetary activity on the work front this year, which will run from Venus’ return on the 20th May to the Sun’s departure on the 23rd July. If it wasn’t for the solar eclipse on the 13th July and the fact that you have lucky Jupiter in your career sector, this would be a very ordinary annual update. Instead, it has the potential to be anything but.

2018 Money Predictions for Aquarius

Of your two money houses, your financial sector which puts the focus on your financial situation and money matters and your income sector, the balance of power is on income matters this year. And not surprising, with Neptune in your income sector since 2012. However, this is the first year since then that you’ve been able to take full advantage of this. This is partly because there is a lot less focus on money matters than there has been in previous years and because you have lucky Jupiter in your career sector until the 9th November. The other thing working in favour of both income and money matters this year, is that they are largely sticking to their own lanes.

The most active months on the income front and also the most potentially lucrative months of the year run from Venus’ return to your income sector on the 11th February to Juno’s departure on the 28th April. Apart from a Full Moon in your financial sector on the 2nd March, there will be no planetary activity on the financial front during that time. This means that income matters will have a completely clear field, with no competition or roadblocks and for the first time in over a decade, with the support of lucky Jupiter in your career sector. Another factor that could see income matters escalate dramatically, especially towards the end and after this period, is that Chiron will leave your income sector on the 17th April. Where Neptune is the planet of dreams and fantasies and will always work to fuel your confidence and a sense of what’s possible, Chiron is the planet of healing and the gatekeeper to old financial demons. Where Neptune wants you to dream Chiron, the wounded healer, reminds of past setbacks. To have Chiron leave is going to set Neptune free to soar and in partnership with Jupiter in your career sector right through to the 9th November, this creates a lucrative environment that will continue for the rest of the year. Chiron will return from the 26th September to the 18th February 2019 in order to tie up loose ends, before leaving for good.

This will leave Pisces on his own, apart from the annual return of the faster planets and Jupiter’s return in 2021/2022, until he leaves in 2026. Neptune will also be on his own when the Sun, Ceres, Venus and Mercury move through your financial sector, which they will do from the 28th June to the 23rd September. In fact, Chiron will return to your income sector just three days later, avoiding an opposition by the skin of his teeth. All planets moving through your financial sector will move into opposition with Neptune, but with support from Jupiter and with none of Chiron’s old baggage, this will quickly turn into motivation. That period from the 28th June to the 23rd September, will be your only chance this year to focus on your financial situation and money matters.
